It is designed to operate on an industrial line. Moreover, it is used to produce shortbread or gingerbread biscuits (hearts, pretzels, teddy bears) squeezed out of a roller. Thanks to its replacement rollers, it is possible to produce different biscuit patterns. At the client's request, any configuration of biscuit shapes on the roller is possible. All of its components were carefully selected so as to operate in a continuous and reliable manner. It was built using the following companies’ components: - motors and transmissions by SEW – a Germany company •controls by Leanze - a Germany •companypneumatics by FESTO - a Germany company Its advantages include: •low design to make loading the dough easier •strong and durable construction made of thick plates (30 mm) and stainless steel •adjustable scraper blade for dough (up and down adjustment as well as free angular movement) •adjustable rubber roller that collects biscuits •pneumatic adjustment and dual belt guidance •adjustable nose pads on the belt sliding (up and down, as well as, front and back) •adjustable blade to clean the belt •five independently controlled motors: Motor 1 roller passes the dough (with a smooth speed and infeed adjustment) Motor 2 forming roller (with a smooth speed adjustment Motor 3 cotton conveyor belt drive (with a smooth speed adjustment) Motor 4 balling bar drive (with a smooth speed adjustment as well as an up and down adjustment) Motor 5 conveyor belt (with a smooth speed adjustment)
