The hot runner nozzle H202../... Value Shot has been further developed for processing easy-to-process thermoplastic moulding compounds with a large number of cavities. Many different dimensions and different tip variants permit a wide range of applications. Reduction of the material volume in the calotte area considerably accelerates the colour change. The nozzle heating of the H202../... series with flexible heater outlet, enables cables to be laid between the cavity plate and the nozzle holder plate. Heater/thermocouple and tips can therefore be changed whilst the tool remains on the machine.
