Basic Working Principle:
According to the basic leak detection principle of helium leak detection, helium gas is used as the tracer gas, and helium gas is filled into the test piece in the vacuum chamber, and then the leakage of the test piece can be quickly and accurately detected by the helium leak detector.
Work Process Description:
The vacuum chamber helium leak detection system has four vacuum chambers, and the four vacuum chambers are linked together. The operator places the part in the vacuum chamber and connects it with a quick connector, then simultaneously presses the close chamber buttons located on the vacuum chamber, the chamber door automatically closes and the inspection cycle begins. There are grating protectors on both sides of the vacuum box door. When closing the box door, make sure that there are no objects that interfere with the movement of the box door in the closing area.
As soon as one of the chamber doors is closed, the detection cycle for that chamber begins. At this point the operator can move to another chamber for operation.
