Filter Element Damage Resistance Testbed ISO 4020-2001
Product Introduction:
The filter element damage resistance test bench is used to measure the pressure difference when the filter element is structurally damaged to determine the damage resistance of the filter element. This test is normally performed after the filter has completed the manufacturing integrity test.
Test principle:
By adding appropriate mesh rosin to the test solution and stirring, and then injecting the test liquid into the tested workpiece through a hydraulic pump for circulation. The pressure difference detection and flow detection are carried out at the inlet and outlet of the test target. And automatically record the data and generate curves and reports.
Standard:
ISO 4020-2001 Road vehicles -Fuel filters for diesel engines -Test methods.
Test object:
Automotive diesel engine fuel filter filter element.
Filter Under Test:
A.Spin-on filters that do not include a filter seat (which may or may not have a filter element bypass valve) are included in the replaceable assembly.
B.The replaceable assembly includes a filter seat and a spin-on filter with a filter element bypass valve.
C.Other filters, usually replaceable filters, often come with their own filter seat.
