Vacuum Chamber Helium Leak Detection System System Introduction: The following scheme is a vacuum box type helium leak detection and SF6 charging system, which is specially designed for leak detection of power high voltage switches. Basic Leak Detection Principle: According to the basic leak detection principle of helium leak detection, helium gas is used as the tracer gas, and helium gas is filled into the test piece in the vacuum chamber. Then, the helium signal in the vacuum chamber is detected by the helium leak detector, so that the overall leakage of the test piece can be judged quickly and accurately with high precision. Basic Function: The operator pushes the test piece into the vacuum chamber, connects the quick-connect joint in the vacuum chamber with the test piece interface, and presses the chamber closing button to automatically close the vacuum chamber door. The system can automatically realize the whole procedure of evacuation, large leak detection, helium filling, micro leak detection, helium recovery and SF6 filling.
