Fuel Filter Rig Test Machine ISO19438-2003
Product Overview:
The Fuel filter rig test machine is used for testing the contaminant capacity of a filter, its particulate removal characteristics and differential pressure.
It use a multi-pass filtration test with continuous contaminant injection and using the on-line particle counting method for evaluating the performance of diesel fuel and petrol filters for internal combustion engines submitted to a constant flow rate of the test liquid.
Test Principle:
Through the contaminant injection system, add contaminant to the test solution to reach the required test solution containing certain contaminant, and then perform liquid circulation on the tested filter, the online dilution system and particle counting takes samples within the specified time, automatically collects data and generates test curves, and generates test reports, and can verify each system through standards.
Standard:
The Fuel filter rig test machine meet the standard of ISO 19438-2003.
Filter To Be Tested:
A. Spin-on cartridge filters in which the replaceable unit does not include a cast head (it may or may not include the element by-pass valve)
B. Spin-on cartridge filters in which the replaceable unit does incorporates a cast head that includes the element by-pass valve.
C. Other filters, usually of the replacement element type and usually including their own cast head.
