Product Introduction: The multi-station helium mass spectrometer leak detector for ceramic components adopts touch screen and button switch for display and control. Workers place the workpieces manually. It is designed with 2 stations, and each station can detect 4 products simultaneously. Different specifications of products can be detected by changing leak detection tooling. During the leak detection, workers place the workpiece to be tested on the leak detection tooling, which is connected to the leak detector via a leak detection switching valve. After the workpiece is placed and positioned, the cylinder will descend to press the helium gas nozzle against the workpiece. Then the auxiliary pump will be started to evacuate the inside of the workpiece. After that, the leak detector continues to evacuate to clear the background. When the leak detector reaches the background value, the equipment will spray helium gas. The leak detector makes a leak rate judgment based on the penetration of helium gas.
