Multi-Needle Chainstitch Tape Attaching with Conveyor Workstation
Description
The multi-needle sewing head is a chainstitch type, bottom stitch is looper based. And this S-CT21-C33 sewing workstation is mainly used to attach the non-woven buckram tape to the back of the curtain top hemming, mostly called the Chinese style curtain tape lining. This type of lining will leave the non-woven buckram tape visible from the back of the tape, without any need of further folded for another sewing process.
The machine head itself has a total number of 33 needles which gives a high flexibility to the operator to choose which two needles are needed to attach certain width of curtain tape. The rest of unnecessary needles can be simply taken off from the needle holder when not needed and leave only two needles required to attach the tape by sewing only both left and right side of it. It has a total width of 6 inches (which is about 152.4mm) which is suitable to meet nearly all size of non-woven curtain tape available in the market in general.
This type of S-CT21 Series is equipped with a synchronous conveyor belt system. The movement of the conveyor belt has been programmed to be synchronized with the sewing speed. And with the help of the conveyor workstation, the operator does not have to spend many times stopping and pulling the curtain panel during sewing the curtain panel.
