HEATING SYSTEM Hot cabinet heating system is normally used to transform a neutral compartment (cabinet, cupboard, electrical enclosure, etc.) into a heating compartment, to maintain a constant set temperature. The design and the realization of this appliance has been initially conceived for catering and Ho.re.Ca. market, so to answer its exigency for keeping warm plates and dishes, but it is suitable for other applications, thanks to the reduced dimensions and the easy installation. Normally, the fixing is executed in the vertical wall - right and left versions are both available. Composition: - Structure in stainless steel - Tangential fan - Electrical heater - Safety thermostat. Available models: Model 1 - WITH TERMINAL BOX The product can be supplied complete with: - Wiring + electromechanical thermostat - Wiring + digital thermostat. Model 2 - WITH THERMOSTAT The product is supplied complete with: - adjustable thermostat 30-90°C, equipped with its graduated - knob and electrical cable.
