The JP-380 drum and IBC pump is suitable for highly concentrated and aggressive acids and alkalis. This pre-assembled drum pump set is a complete plug-and-play kit where everything you need to get started is included in the package. Simply unpack, install and turn the power on and you are ready to use your new electrical drum pump. The drum pump motor is characterized not only by its light weight (3,6 kg) but also by its elegant and ergonomic design and ease of use. The non-stationary and stationary usable drive is particularly suitable for intermittent operation. The internally ventilated motor provides optimal air cooling, and a low noise level and ensures high operational safety and long durability. The motor housing made of polypropylene ensures high chemical resistance when aggressive vapors of acids and alkalis are present. With an IP55 Class this housing is protected from limited dust ingress and from low pressure water jets from any direction. The pump tube is made of Polyvinylidenfluorid (PVDF). These tubes are suitable for neutral and hardly combustible liquids. With these pump tubes particularly highly aggressive liquids such as concentrated acids and alkalis up to a maximum viscosity of 1.000 mPas will be transferred with ease.
