Embossing unit HPG2B

Power and flexibility turn the HPG2B to an ideal newcomer-unit for industrial plants. A fast and precise re-equip of the machine is possible because of a simple change of the double driven embossing shaft, by the ring-connection system and the exact adjustment of the straightening rollers as well as the basic-supplied vertical-horizontal straightening device. ln connection with the STM5 basic machine you are able to emboss approx. 800 meters per hour of diverse materials as square, flat, round material and tubes with the desired designs. Additionally the HPG2B can be upgraded for edgewise hammering of square material.
