Parts which are difficult to measure due their material or shape can be measured with vision software and thermal camera. Hechts uses different camera types for measuring plates which have materials inside which are hardly to see. The selection of the camera type is done automatically during the generation of the measuring program. Range of applications Thermo-DesQ Measurement of shapes or points inside of a flat material, which is fro outside not visible. On request part thickness can be added. Functions Thermo-DesQ Cameras are installed on a 3 axis coordinate measuring table Parts are put on manually or in a throughfeed line Measuring points are compared with actual and planned data
