AFC Hastelloy ball valves have small fluid resistance. Ball valves have the smallest the fluid resistances among all valves even reduced-bore ball valves have relatively small fluid resistance. It also has good sealing performance and stem seal is reliable. When the ball valve is opened and closed, the valve stem only rotates 90 °, so the packing seal of the valve stem is not easy to be broken, and the sealing force of the valve stem reverse seal increases as the medium pressure increases.
AFC Hastelloy valves serve many different applications in these industries:
• Chemical
• Oil & Gas
• Sea Water
• LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas)
• Petrochemical
• Geothermal
• Desalination
• Solar Power
Nickel alloy valve features
Nickel and nickel alloy corrosion resistant valves, medium corrosion resistance, targeted.
Nickel and nickel based corrosion resistant alloy valves are: pure nickel corrosion-resistant valve, nickel chromium alloy corrosion resistant valve, nickel copper alloy corrosion resistant valve, nickel molybdenum alloy corrosion resistant valve, nickel chromium molybdenum alloy corrosion resistant valve Mainly used in high temperature and alkali corrosion medium conditions. Acetic acid, acetic acid.
