Eccentric Plug Valve AFC began to manufacture Eccentric Plug Valves five years ago. Our unique design and high quality are recognized by our customers. Now AFC Eccentric Plug Valves are used to handle clean and dirty liquids, sludge, slurries and gases. They can be used for either isolation/shutoff or throttling/control services. Eccentric Plug Valves feature a rectangular port design that provides wide tolerance seating geometry for lasting superior shutoff. The eccentric plug action and resilient plug facings assure lasting dead-tight shutoff. Standard features include corrosion-resistant bearings, welded nickel seat, grit excluders, and adjustable stem seal packing. AFC Eccentric Plug Valve Features – Eccentric design, low friction, zero leakage. – Welded-in stainless steel(90% nickel ,thickness 3mm ) or resin seat can meet corrosion resistance requirements of various medium. – V type sealing ring can be replaced on line without disassembling the operator. – Self-lubricated bearing provides an easy operation and low operation wearing. – Cast steel plug wholly covered with rubber to avoid peeling off, erosion or corrosion from rised from rubber. – 0O-ing seals between bonnet and body, provide easy maintenance. – Ideal liner curve, can be used as regulating valve. – Provide valve inlet and outlet pressure tapping so as to control and measure flow. – Straight through flow design and cylindrical valve body can meet max. flow capacity requirements without deposits.
