Description

Sleeved Plug Valve AFC Sleeved plug valves are non-lubricated quarter-turn valves that achieve sealing through the use of a compressible sleeve as a sealing member. In many applications they operate virtually maintenance free for decades. Sleeved plug valves are used for on/off and throttling service in demanding process applications with media temperatures ranging from -20°F to 600°F. These valves are used in various industries such as petroleum, chemical industry, pharmacy, chemical fertilizer, electric power industry etc. Our valve seat uses imported PEEK, thus they can withstand high heat. Features 1. Easy turning without lubrication 2. Ideal for corrosive medium 3. No body cavities 4. Self-cleaning on valve rotation Technical Specifications ● Design & manufacture according to API599 API 6D ● Face-to-face according to API 6D, ASME B16.10, DIN 3202 F1 ● End Connection according to ASME B16.5 (RF, RTJ), ASME B16.47(RF, RTJ), MSS SP-44 (NPS 22 Only), ASME B16.25 (BW),DIN2543-2549 ● Test & inspection according to API 598, API 6D,DIN3230 ● SIZE RANGE: DN 1/2” to 48” , DN15-DN1200 ● PRESSURE RANGE: 150LB-600LB ● Available in SHORT, VENTURI or REGULAR Pattern. ● RF, RTJ, or BW Materials Available in Forging for NPS ≤ 2 (A105, A182 F304, F304L, F316, F316L, F51, F53, A350 LF2, LF3, LF5), Casting (A216 WCB, A351 CF3, CF8, CF3M, CF8M, A995 4A, 5A, A352 LCB, LCC, LC2), Monel, Inconel, Hastelloy etc.
