The roller pressure of the wire feeding system can be precisely adjusted, and the maximum cable feed speed is 6M/S. • Cutting and stripping station is driven by servo motor, it can cut the wire and strip the insulation layer with high precision. According to different wire gauges, the program matches different cutting depths. For special wire insulation layer, users can set their own parameters. The station can add inkjet print device if you need. • Crimping station equipped 20KN crimping force and crimping force monitor, which can show crimping force online.Crimp height data can be stored. Crimping mold can be customized • Designed individually for each type of the seal plug, modular docking structure is compatible with a wide range of seal plug workstations. For different waterproof plug replacement, it only need to replace the track, needle, pipe or the claw. • The standard kit is equipped with an industrial computer, 23inch display frequency and thermal printer.
