Process-specific CIP and SIP stainless steel bioreactors for the industrial production of bioproducts under strictly monoseptic conditions PRODUCT DESCRIPTION PROREACT P production bioreactors have a more sophisticated sterile design than the PROREACT B series. These plants meet the highest demands on cleanability and sterilizability, component and material properties and fermenter equipment. In most cases we adapt our systems to the special requirements of the process and of course to the factory standard of our customers. Further aspects such as installation planning, routing or required geometric specifications are of course taken into account. PLANT COMPONENTS AND CHARACTERISTICS: Pressure vessel with double jacket -1 – 3 bar (optionally higher pressures) made of stainless steel 1.4404/1.4435 Surfaces in contact with product with Ra ≤ 0.8 μm (optional ≤ 0.4 μm and electropolishing) Mixing and gassing unit with various selectable agitators Thermosiphon unit for mechanical seals Double jacket with several cooling/heating zones and optional gas-tight welded insulation Optional internal or external heat exchangers in contact with the product Piping and fittings according to DIN 10357 and DIN 11864 for substrates and products Use of diaphragm valves in the product area CIP and SIP connection for cleaning and sterilization Compact skids for holding all pipes and aggregates and for fast installation on site Sterile filter units for supply and exhaust air Condensate system Extended sensor technology Central control unit with SIEMENS SPS and touch panel
