Helac L30 series is a heavy duty helical hydraulic actuator. It is ideal for challenging environments. The actuators have been developed for applications demanding ultra high bearing capacity. They provide a foot- or flange mounting with flange output. They incorporate Helac's helical, sliding spline technology, which is non self-locking, yet provide excellent shock resistance and high holding torque for challenging applications. The L30 series serve as a rotating device, mounting bracket and load bearing structure. Thus they do not require external bearing systems, brakes or locking tools. They are available in nine standard sizes with maximum torque output of 380,000 in-lb at 3,000 psi (43,000 Nm at 210 bar).
