The Proficut 106 product ranges is excellently suit ed for thread-cutting, also in high-strength steel. Proficut 106 (medium viscosity) and Proficut 106/1 (high viscosity) contains EP additives and polar active ingredients, which by itself builds up a highly durable lubrication film for extreme pressure loads under high reaction temperatures and grinding pressures. This way the fusion welding of protuberances that c an form between tool and work piece is avoided.
