Description

LoRa module AM806-xK is an add-on for KAMSTRUP, OMNIPOWER meter. Its function is to read and parameterize the meter in which it is installed, as well as to the meters connected to the meter via the RS485 or Euridis bus, depending on the received request over the LoR network in real time. Outside, the module can access LoRa by calling. The EN 62056-61 Object Identification System (OBIS) is used. The AM806-xK can be parameterized in two ways: LoRa call, or locally via serial bus. Parameters that can be read or parameterized are the serial numbers of the connected meters and the frequency of the module reporting. Module serial numbers, hardware and firmware versions can only be read. Parameter setting or readout settings are protected by a unique 16-digit cipher for each AM806-xK module, so settings can only be accessed by authorized persons. AM806-xK communicates with counters networked to the local serial bus depending on the protocol of the connected meter. Supported Protocols are: – EN 62056-21 – Kamstrup protocol – EN 62056-31 Features of the AM806-xK module – Access via LoRa network – Protocols: EN 62056-21, Kamstrup protocol and EN 62056-31 – LED indication of operation and signal level – Remote and local parameterization – Remote reading capability up to 32 additional meters connected to RS485 AM806- RK counting bus – Possibility of remote reading of up to 100 additional counters connected to the Euridis AM806-K counters – Power from the meter
