The Cathodic Dip Priming (CDP) is a typical method of ensuring corrosion protection for car bodies, but measuring the thickness of such thin coatings in inaccessible cavities like holms, girders or stiffeners without destroying them was impossible. Now, however, the KTL CDP probe provides a perfect solution for this problem.
This new probe, the V3FGA06H, comes from experts in measurement of coating thickness at Fischer. It is specially designed for the car industry and has a distinctive slim curved shape with a flexible and compact probe head. This allows access to all parts of the car body through tiny apertures, especially with the help of the "smart" probe head which allows for exact positioning and measurement. It can act both in the blind mode and in beveled areas. It is compatible with the standard measuring devices.
