The MP0R-FP series of pocket instruments have connected cable probe and PC-interface that makes it convenient and quick to ensure non-destructive measurement of coating thickness on all metals. The permanently connected probe is effective when the measuring area cannot be reached easily. The instrument has precise repeatability which is very good. It has two backlit LCD displays to enable reading of the measured values in any instrument positions and that includes overhead ones. Arithmetic mean value, standard deviation, minimum and maximum values are easily available. The instruments are used in the fields such as protective coatings, paint manufacturing, shipbuilding industry and building maintenance. The measuring modes conform to IMO PSPC and SSPC-PA2 standards. The instrument comes with PC software Fischer DataCenter.
