Drilling rig chain compound transmission assembly is a power transmission device that provides and distributes power for the drilling rig. Technical Features 1.The chain compound transmission assembly is integral welded box type, it has the features of compact structure, high efficiency and long service life. Drilling rig can be relocated without dismantling the chain ,so it can save time and cost. 2.Every shaft main bearings in the chain compound transmission box are double row radial spherical surface roller bearing. They have large load capacity, big clearance and the automatic self-alignment characteristic. the idle bushed bearing is the spherical surface roller and the cylindrical roller bearing. 3.The clutch in the chain compound transmission box is pneumatic tube clutch and disc clutch, which can transmit large torque and make the installation and maintenance convenient . 4. The chain box use the thin oil forced lubrication, which guarantees the chain lubrication to be sufficient. lubrication system is installed inside the box, so that to protect the oil from leaking. The oil consumption is small. 5. Air compressor can be installed on the foundation of the compound transmission box, realize whole transportation and installment with the air compressor chain box, which greatly reduces the installment relocation work load, reduces the drilling machine disassembling time, saves the transportation and the installment space, reduces the worker labor intensity, causes the backstage arrangement to be more succinct, the uniform.
