Air circulation furnace can be heated up to 850°C.
According to the size and weight of the loaded products, the structure can be customized as manual axial door, automatic lifting door, furnace bottom loading, double door design and other furnace types.
The chamber material can choose ceramic fiber module and mullite brick ceramic material.
The thermal circulation fan is installed on the top of the furnace and can be forced to circulate, and the high flow rate brings the best air distribution.
On the left and right sides of the chamber, stainless steel deflectors are installed to force the hot air to circulate, make the temperature field more uniform.
Stainless steel material rack or partition can be selected to divide the furnace volume, for layered heat treatment of products.
When debinding in the air, the waste gas will be diluted by fresh air and discharged, thus effectively preventing the formation of an explosive atmosphere in the furnace.
