40/48CH AWG Wafer & Chip
Category:WDM
Features:High channel port 、 Low insertion loss、 Low polarization dependent loss
Applications: DWDM system 、 Metropolitan area network 、 Toll backbone network
Description:
Arrayed waveguide grating (AWG) is a device which can separate or combine signals with different
wavelengths. It’s capable of multiplexing a large number of wavelengths into a single optical fiber,
thereby increases the transmission capacity of optical networks considerably. AWG offers high
wavelength selectivity, low insertion loss, small size. It’s commonly used as optical (de) multiplexers in
DWDM system, ROADM, wavelength routing.
