The stainless steel mesh filter cartridge is made of 304 or 316 stainless steel woven mesh. The surface is usually cylindrical or with a support plate. It is manufactured by welding or crimping. It can be assembled without the use of resin or adhesive. The filter medium consists of one layer or more than two layers. It is configured according to your specific application requirements, using TiG seam welding, and assembling the medium, center core and end fittings according to the same procedure. They can be cleaned and reused.
The temperature working range of the stainless steel mesh filter cartridge is -150°C (302°F) to +300°C (572°F) and can withstand a pressure difference of up to 60 psi (150 psi is also available), Various micron ratings available from 5µm to 1000µm (nominal).
