Scraper Chain Conveyor TGSS Series Chain conveyors, ensure straight or inclined transport of the cereal in desired volume in undamaged and economic way. The chain, chain pins and rollers have been tempered through thermal treatment. The construction is galvanized steel, painted steel and stainless steel upon request. Our manufactured goods are completely bolted, mounting and maintenance is easy. • - Widely used in long-distance transmission of a variety of granular, flaky, or powdery materials in grain terminal, silo, grain and oil processing enterprises, installation angle ≤15 °. • - Conveying chain use high strength welding plate chain(also optional for forging). • - When temperature of conveyed material＜80℃, scraper material use UHMWPE; when temperature of conveyed material＞80℃, scraper material use nylon, which can be used for a long time under 150 ℃. • - Flexible process layout, applicable to muti-feeding, muti-discharging points, equip with quick-open access door and observation window. • - Optional for speed monitoring and anti-blocking/anti-chain breaking alarm device, safe and reliable. • - The guide rail is made from wear-resistant material which is special treated or is laid with high polymer wear-resisting plate.
