Low temperature storage system is used to store grain at low temperature. Through low-temperature treatment, it can prevent loss of dry substance, and damage caused by insects and mildew. Our grain chiller is suitable for cooling of wheat, barley, rapeseed, maize, rice, paddy, soybean, sunflower seed, peanuts, cotton seed, pellets, sorghum, sesame, linseed, peas and so on, can achieve aims of keeping the fresh-harvest-scent and long-time storage without quality loss. • - Selected branded compressors, fans and cooling components, low noise and high efficiency. • - Total unit casing in mobile and stationary type, all fresh air inlet. • - Stage cooling, air volume and energy regulating devices, fluorine re-heater and auxiliary heater, suitable for all climatic conditions (rain, fog, heat and cold) with stable air supply. • - Protection and precautionary warning functions, for safety protection: compressor overload, fan motor overload, exhaust pressure too high, evaporating pressure too low etc. for circuit protection: phase loss and anti-phase, etc. • - Condenser fan with condensing pressure regulator, ensuring reliable operation under low ambient temperature. • - Fully automatic mode (quick cool-down, normal cooling, ventilation), energy saving in winter and thermostat in summer. • - Customized unit upon clients’ requirements is available.
