Process crane

Electrolytic Copper Crane is a special crane set for the production process requirements of electric copper. Its main function is to take out the arranged positive and negative plate from span unit, then lift to empty slot and install in electrolytic cell, that is tankage. Take out the negative plate and transport to the washing unit after completing electrolysis. At last, take out the exhausted residual plate(that is positive plate) from the electrolysis and send to washing unit. The Electrolytic Copper Crane is composed of electric control, trolley, crane traveling mechanism and bridge. The trolley is composed of hoisting mechanism, trolley traveling mechanism, trolley frame, outer frame, mobile cab, liquid pan mechanism and lifting appliance. The lifting appliance is composed of fixed and mobile guide frame, positive and negative crane ladle and arrangement comb. Hoisting, crane and trolley are all frequency control, and the whole machine is controlled by Siemens 1500 series PLC, and the transducer is controlled by PROFINET communication, the driver’s cab is equipped with touch screen, which can display the whole vehicle status information and fault information. The crane and trolley adopt laser ranging position, and the positional accuracy is ±10mm. Through the practical operation, the crane has good performance and reliable operation and is welcomed by majority users.
