Description

The Blast Furnace Vibrating Screen is designed to handle high processing capacities with greater efficiency. It is used for screening mostly in the blast furnaces. These screens are in high demand in several industries, such as metallurgy, coal, mining, chemical engineering and others. The vibrating screen comes in different sizes - 1m, 2m, 2.5m, and 6m. The company’s patented WZYC serial linear self-vibration is embedded in to every single screen size. The screen plate has polyurethane or ceramic bars. It has a long-life as it has the capacity to self-clean and does not need any maintenance. HUCK bolts are used to fasten the lining plate. Buyers can choose from a variety of materials for the lining plate, such as HARDOX, manganese steel, polyurethane and ceramic. Other optional accessories available are the Vibrating Feeder and the Electric-hydraulic Plate.
