This blender series is radial streaming model,owns very high cutting strength and big recycling capability,which is adopt to distracting,solid suspending and solid melting,and other blending operations.The usual condition is μ<50000cp,n=10-400rpm,p<2000kg/m,V=3.5-10M/S,Dj/D=0.2-0.6,ususal adopted 0.4.Wide blender B/Dj=0.2,narrow blender B/Dj=0.125. Flow state:The flat blade impeller and curved blade impeller are radial flow.When there is baffle,the upper and down circulating flows the blade boundary.There are also axial shunting,nearly axial flow type for the opposite pitched subsidiary blade impeller.
