Description

General situation: LC vertical two-grade reducer with the two grades and same center distance and flow is leaning gear transmission,let LCS three-grade leaning gear transmit,and enlarge range of speed ratio. It is used in all kinds of reduction agitators,if it is matched with electrical motor it is used in all kinds of production environment. The series is middle speed and allowed to run in positive and negative direction.When choosing type,choose P/N code in the list 1-11 to confirm specs of reducer according to power grade and speed of revolution of outview of reducer has the two structures:Ⅰ is lining shell,connect with vertical shaft coupling lining shell and Ⅱ is common column shaft,connect with GT,TK and SF shaft coupling,etc. The mechanical has three assembly forms,i.e.,direct connection,non-direct connection and double shafts.Double-shaft has no and its input power is chosen according to list 1-8.Because direct-connection type has special requirement for shaft of electrical motor,it is suggested that you choose non-direct connection type over 6 grade,especially,LC200,LC250 and LC325 must be chosen non-direct type. LC(B) series are designed and improved on the base of (HG5-748-76) standard,installed manual move-motor equipment between electromotor and reducer to solve of when the mechanical stopping,deposit of milled medium agitator,when opening the mechanical again,electrical motor will be burnt out or transmission parts be destroyed,etc.The equipment is operated conveniently and breezily,used safely and reliably,and it can automatically come away after opening the mechanical,and not affect property parameter of reducer and size.
