The LOCTITE MM30 Dual Cartridge Dispenser is used as supply unit for volumetric 2K-dispensers. Both piston rods are driven mechanical independently from each other, on order to prevent a mechanical redundancy of the whole dispensing system. It dispenses two-component LOCTITE products, like MMAs, Epoxies und Silikone, out of 400ml Dual Cartridges. To increase the process reliability a path measurement is integrated. Via the path measurement the movement of both piston rods is monitored. Due to this, the mixing ratio and dispensed volume can be monitored medium-term and a possible abrasive wear of the dispenser will be detected in time. The parts of the path measurement does not have any contact with product.
