The mixing head MK 800 series for processing two or three components has three main functions. Firstly, the two components are precisely dosed into the mixing chamber in the specified mixing ratio via the built-in valve technology. Secondly, the components are homogeneously mixed within the mixing chamber by the servo-controlled agitator. The material is then applied precisely via the dosing nozzle. The MK 800 series dynamic mixing head enables dosing from 0.2 to 100 g/s, with infinitely variable mixing ratios from 100 : 1 to 1 : 100, with a dosing accuracy of +/1 %. If the material reacts quickly, the mixing chamber can also be rinsed regularly - in the MK 800 series with the patented high-pressure water rinsing system!
