CENTRE GRINDING MACHINES OF THE ZS 200 SERIES Due to their flexibility the automated centre grinding machines of the ZS 200 series are suitable for both single and series production. They can process workpieces up to 500 kg and offer a clamping range up to Ø 225 mm. The ZS 200s can grind centres up to Ø 125 mm. The micrometre adjustment can intentionally move the centre to a new position. The grinding process can take place with the stationary or rotating workpiece. The aim, as with all centre grinding machines, is to achieve a round centre of the highest quality. The workpieces are machined vertically in the ZS 200 series. The centre grinding machines of the ZS 200 series can be operated manually as well as automatically and offer numerous options such as automated and self-developed laser measurementand correction system, extension of the grinding head stroke to 220 mm, workpiece drive, pneumatic quick lift-up and dust extraction.
