Description

Series-production-oriented, modular, flexible, and robust. This is a simple way to describe the HiQ MODULAR product line. A manual workplace today, a firm part of an automation solution tomorrow - this is how Herrmann Ultraschall defines flexibility. An intelligent solution for integrating reliable technology from the series machinery range one-to-one into automated production systems, without compromising on the usual ease of operation. Control units and electrical cabinets are individually mounted according to customer requirements. Knowledge and parameters gained from series machines can be directly adopted into automation. The HiQ MODULAR concept can be supplemented with suitable accessories and options as required. The drive concept HMC of the ultrasonic welding system HiQ DIALOG MODULAR, patented by Herrmann, allows fast engagement movements of the sonotrodes and gentle contact with the component. This reduces unnecessary non-production time and protects sensitive weld seals of the plastic parts to be joined when the sonotrodes are put in position. Any start point can also be programmed and optimally adapted to the size of the plastic part. - Weld process control: DIALOG control - Process-oriented user guidance - SpeedControl: freely programmable servo-pneumatic drive system HMC - Ethernet and USB high-speed interfaces - Process visualization with graphical analysis
