DNA ECO is a new addition to the well-known and globally acclaimed DNA heat exchanger range, now offering helically shaped heating tubes. A modular recovery heat exchanger using new hexagonal DNA tubes represents the next step in energy recovery. The DNA model achieves significantly higher heat transfer rates compared to the standard solution, boasts a self-supporting and selfcompensating design and offers a huge advantage in terms of heat transfer area and hydraulics. DNA ECO – a recovery heat exchanger that comes with important modifications, allowing for lower gaseous pressure drop and clean ability feature. Modifications introduced in this model include bigger flue gas connection dimensions, distribution parts compatible with our DNA ECO tube bundle and, last but not least, insulation and support system.
