Description

Individual and high precision for model and mold making. The 5-axis milling head with direct measuring system stands for optimal spatial machining. The clamping of the two rotary axes ensures absolute stability during milling even with heavy cutting. The CNC milling machine performs excellent contour fidelity even during milling operations with high feed rates. Ease of operation is ensured by simple menu navigation of the high-performance Siemens Sinumerik 840D/ SL Operate CNC control. The portal CNC machine shines with low maintenance costs. The low-maintenance components are optimally matched to each other. . The portal construction is made of a torsion-resistant cast iron construction. In dry machining, the CNC machine is suitable for milling all plastics such as PU, Ureol and also for composite materials such as CFRP, GFRP and aluminum.
