(CIPG) Silicone elastomer dispensing machine HG-BJ402(SU) (chemical brand including Dow Corning, Wacker, Henkel...) Bulk unloaders are designed to dispense high viscosity or high melting adhesive and sealant material. It is managed by an independent PLC, which can operate individually or connecting with other control system to fulfill any variety of dispensing application. HMI with digital communication function for real-time display of the motor running speed. Ease for speed monitoring and adjustment. Fast-Lock Quick-Release function available at barrel holding device. Function to prevent cold start-up of pump. This is to prevent the metering pump from breakdown. Material level monitoring system: auto-trigger alarm when material reach minimum level. Visual and audible alarm are available to remind operator for periodic preventive maintenance or machine breakdown. Platen is made of 100% aluminum alloy. Special design of platen to have quick air-discharge function and achieve result of air-bubble free. In accordance to the viscosity of material, there are 3 type of pressing methods can be selected: pneumatic, gas-pressure and water-pressure. Magnetic metering pump is driven by high precision servo motor and speed reducer for feeding of material. This method can maintain the constant of pressure and to stabilize the feeding of material to mixer. 2-level metering process to ensure the accuracy of mixing ratio. For high viscosity material, self-priming function is available in the system. Other optionals are available, like flame surface treatment, visual system, 6-axis Robot...
