hhb GmbH – We are manufacturer of mobile and most effective measuring devices for evaluation of stopping performance and velocity of machines with dangerous motion. Annual test of safety on machines according 89/655/EWG can be carried out fast and easy. A special electromechanical device activates a light curtain or a two hand control and initiates a machine stop. The stopping time and stopping distance will be measured. According DIN EN ISO 13855 (EN 999), OSHA or ANSI the correct safety distance is calculated by the measuring device. Fields of applications are: mechanical presses, hydraulic presses, press breaks, cutting machines, robots, rotary cycle machines, stamping machines, metal forming machines, conveyer belts, assembly machines and so on.
