The DLS-10 quadrupole analyser is a precision assembled triple mass filter with unique, independently driven RF only secondary filter stages preceding and following the primary mass filter. A radially symmetric electron impact ioniser with twin oxide coated iridium filaments and a dual Faraday / single channel electron multiplier detector are included as standard.
Mass range is 1-10 AMU operating in the quadrupole stability zone H with FWHM =0.006 amu.
Triple Filter mass spectrometer operating in zone H
Mass range 1- 10 amu
Ultra High abundance sensitivity
Resolution adjustable from unit mass to 0.006 AMU- FWHM
The combination of a 6 mm pole diameter micron precision mass filter, and the high frequency RF at low mass range is ideal for analysis of He and H isotopes.
