The bodies from the cut-heading machine are placed in the fish transport chambers. The bodies of the placed fish are opened with the help of a knife by the operators on both sides of the line and their internal organs are cleaned. The cleaned internal organs fall into the waste auger thanks to the angled chambers in front of the operators. From here, the internal organs are directed to the waste conveyor with the waste auger. The inside of the bodies, the internal organs of which are cleaned, are washed with the brushes positioned on the sheet metal reservoir that the operators can reach easily. The washed and cleaned bodies are transferred to the grading machine by means of a conveyor for grading.
