Description
The Mussel Declumper machine separates and cleans the mussels in the mussel culture ropes. The mussels are constantly washed in the drum with sea water at an adjustable flow rate according to their pollution, and after purifying the water, the mussels are transferred to the other process.
Made from AISI 316 stainless steel and materials suitable for contact with food products, all complying with European Community regulations for the food processing sector.
