Description
There are many important criteria for the size of your mussels in your mussel farms. The first of these is to rank homogeneously correctly. Homogeneous grading is the most important factor in arranging the harvest time of your mussels. Another criterion is that your mussels do not get stressed during grading and do not open their shells.
Our machines can do 4 different grading at the same time. Thanks to the slideable outlet chambers, it can be adjusted to the desired dimensions. Made of AISI 316 stainless steel and materials suitable for contact with food products, all comply with European Community regulations for the food processing sector.
