The Himoinsa HMA6TAG2 direct-injected turbocharged and aftercooled diesel engine is a four-stroke engine at a 6L cylindrical arrangement with a 5.76L displacement. Using a mix of water and glycol for cooling purposes, it manages about 44 l/h of fuel usage when it works at its highest total. This has a rated output of 165.6 kW and up to 183.1 kW when it is placed on standby model. This uses a water-cooled body with a 24V electrical system to keep it functional. This also uses a 32L oil container to manage all of the lubricating needs this unit may have. The guards around the body of the unit are particularly made to protect all the people who may use this product as required.
