This 12V4000G63 by MTU uses a diesel 4 strokes cycle engine type, of the direct injection, turbocharged and aftercooled aspiration type, with cylinder arrangement of 12V. Its bore and stroke measures 170 x 210 mm while it has a displacement of 57.2 L. It uses coolant cooling system with S10 W40 as lube oil specifications. The machine's fuel consumption on standby is 394,96 l/h, on 100% prp is 353.46 l/h, 266.47 l/h on 75% prp, 184.06 l/h on 50% prp, and 104.39 l/h on 25% prp. It consumes lube oil on full load up to 1% of its fuel consumption. Its total oil capacity is 580 L. Including the tubes and filters, its total oil capacity is 260 L. It is equipped with an electrical governor, dry air filter, an inner exhaust pipe with a diameter of 251 mm, standard filters for fuel, air, and oil. It also has a low coolant level sensor as well as exhaust gas compensator.
