The MTU 16V4000H23 is a 1738 kW prp output unit with a 1918 kW standby output. This 4 strokes-cycle engine is a diesel unit that features a direct injection setup and works with a turbocharged and aftercooled unit. The unit has a 16V arrangement and works with a 170 x 210 bore and stroke setup, andhas a 76.3 L displacement and uses a coolant material to keep conditions relaxed. This unit uses S10 W40 oil and a 16:5 compression ratio, and about 439.3 liters of fuel per hour at its full rate and uses a 300 liter oil total and works with an electrical governor, a dry air filter and a 251 mm exhaust pipe. This uses an electronic management setup for handling oil temperatures, and uses a 24V electrical system. This three-phase unit is also made to work with four generator poles and can operate on their own for an hour as needed.
