The Impedance Analyzer IM3570 is an instrument which is used for high speed testing and frequency sweeping. The basic accuracy of the Z parameter is at ± 0.08%, ensuring accurate measurements. The analyzer also features a testing source frequency of 4 Hz to 5 MHz and a 0.5 msec measuring time. Along with a high-speed testing feature which achieves maximum speeds of 1.5ms (1 kHz) and 0.5ms (100kHz) in LCR mode, the instrument also measures LCR meter, DC resistance, and sweep frequency simultaneously.
