Description

In the Model 700 DGC, which has been specifically designed for the cryogenic industry, the movement of the diaphragm is converted into appropriate calibrated rotary movement of the pointer through a magnetic connection. This type of diaphragm model is used in applications where no migration of the media from high pressure side (HP) to low pressure side (LP) is permitted. In case of condensation: New EP series engineering polymer case is recommended. In operating condition with frequent temperature fluctuations, condensation may occur on the glass affecting visibility. Hirlekar Precision’s EP Series Engineering polymer cases can be easily opened and cleaned on site. Specifications Migration - Zero Migration from high to low port First marking on scale - 15% of the FSD Wetted Parts - Diaphragm, body material, SS 302 spring & ceramic magnet Mounting - Direct, front flange, 2” pipe & surface mounting Seals - Buna-N, Viton & EPDM Window - Standard: Float glass Optional: Toughened glass, acrylic & safety glass Porting - rear, bottom, bottom & vent, in-line & vent, in-line & bottom Over range protection - Up to the max. working pressure from high side only.
