The digital output module is required for switching valves, reflux separators, heaters, contactors etc. directly via the DC-Manager™. The pulse-width modulated output allows quasi-continuous direct control of heaters, motorized control valves, etc.. Thus, there is no necessity for expensive additional control electronics.
